Who we are

See Tech LTD (Registered in Jamaica) is the business responsible for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@seetech.tech.

What we collect

• Inquiry details — the name, company, email, phone number and message you submit through our contact form.
• Correspondence — emails and call notes relating to your inquiry or project.
• Technical data — anonymous, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry details to respond to you, to prepare proposals, and to deliver and support any work you engage us for. We use technical data to understand how the site performs and to improve it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to client projects are kept for seven years to meet contractual and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have not sold or shared it in the preceding 12 months. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate — for example email, hosting and accounting providers — each bound by a contract that limits them to performing services for us.

Your rights

We are a Jamaican company, so the Jamaica Data Protection Act applies to how we handle your information, and you may complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner in Jamaica. Where we market to or serve people in the United States, the rights below apply as well.

Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia — give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Email info@seetech.tech to make a request and we will respond within 45 days, extending once by a further 45 days if we need more time and telling you why. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. California residents who are unsatisfied with our response may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses only what it needs to function. We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising and we do not respond differently to Global Privacy Control signals because we have nothing to opt out of. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will list them here and honor opt-out preference signals.

Security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices to the systems we run, and we require the same of our suppliers.
