See Tech LTD was founded on a simple frustration: businesses paying agency rates and getting junior work, long silences and software nobody wanted to use.
Who we are
We are a Jamaica-based software engineering company working with small and midsize businesses across the US and the Caribbean — the ones where software is not a side project but the thing the company runs on. Since 2019 we have built scheduling systems, trade portals, marketplaces, field apps and the websites in front of them.
There is no sales layer here. The engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it, and they stay with it after launch. That is deliberate: context is the most expensive thing to rebuild, so we do not throw it away at hand-over.
We keep the team small and senior on purpose. It means we take on fewer projects at once, and it means the person answering your question has actually written the code they are describing.

Four things we will not compromise on
Small scope, shipped, beats big scope, promised
We would rather put a narrow first release in front of real users in eight weeks than spend nine months perfecting assumptions.
Write it like someone else maintains it
Tests, reviews, documentation and plain naming. Whoever picks up the codebase after us — you, your hire, another supplier — should not need us to explain it.
Measure the business, not the burndown
Story points are our problem. The number we report on is the one that matters to you: hours saved, orders taken, calls avoided, revenue collected.
