Dialora: AI-assisted calling for businesses that follow up with their leads
Dialora calls the people who asked to hear from a business — a quote request, a booking enquiry, a missed callback — qualifies them with a clearly disclosed AI assistant, and hands interested people straight to the business's own team.
What it does
Faster follow-up, with people in charge
Calls leads back quickly
Works through a business’s list of people who asked to be contacted, within the calling hours the business sets.
A disclosed AI assistant
The assistant says it is automated at the start of every call, answers common questions and asks the qualifying questions the business chooses.
Live hand-off to a person
When someone is interested or asks for a person, the call is passed to an available member of the business’s team, or a callback is booked.
Summaries for the team
Each conversation gets a transcript and a short summary, so the team knows what was said before they follow up.
Built for compliance
Safeguards that run on every call
These checks are part of the platform itself, not settings a customer can forget to turn on.
Every number is checked against the business’s do-not-call list and a platform-wide do-not-call list right before it is dialed. Calls are only placed during permitted hours in the contact’s own time zone. Each AI call starts by saying it is an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded. Anyone who asks not to be called again is added to the do-not-call list automatically. Customers confirm consent for the contacts they import. New accounts start with a small call limit, and every plan caps phone numbers and simultaneous calls. Full phone numbers are never written to system logs. People can ask for their data to be exported or erased.
Who it is for
Businesses calling their own leads
Dialora is designed for businesses such as home services, insurance, solar and finance teams that need to call back people who contacted them first. It is not a tool for cold calling purchased lists: customers confirm they have consent to call the contacts they import, and every call is checked against do-not-call lists first.
